The navigation bar in Sysco Shop lets you access the different areas of Shop so you can easily move around Shop to search, order, and manage your account, or accounts if you have more than one location. Clicking on the Sysco logo at any point, will take you back to Sysco Shop's main discover page.
Categories
Easily access the Sysco Twelve categories when you hover over the Categories option in the navigation bar.
Clicking on a category will take you to the catalog search page, filtered to the category you selected.
You'll also be able access Supplies on the Fly from the Categories option. When you click Supplies on the Fly, a new tab will open in your browser for you to search their catalog of restaurant equipment and supplies.
Lists
Hovering over the Lists option will display up to 4 of your saved lists, with your default list always at the top.
When you click on See All Lists, you'll be taken to the lists page with your default list displayed where you can then navigate to any other list you may want to view.
My Orders
Clicking on the My Orders option will take you to your orders page, where you can view active, open, submitted, and historic orders.
Profile
On hover, the Profile icon lets you access the Manage Users, My Sysco Contacts, Help and Log Out functions.
Clicking on Manage Users will send you to Sysco Portal to add, edit, or remove users from your account(s).
Clicking on My Sysco Contacts will display a modal with your Sales Consultant's contact information, and the address of your local Sysco distribution center.
Clicking on Help will open up our in-app support options where you can start a chat with a friendly agent, find your answers in our help center, and submit feedback and feature suggestions.
Notifications
A red number badge will alert you to important notifications on your account. Clicking on the Notification icon will display these messages for you to review.
Cart
The Cart icon will display an image of a cart if there is no active orders in progress.
When an item is added to the cart, this icon will update to include the dollar amount of the order. When you hover over the cart, an order summary will appear, where you can delete unwanted items, or click View Cart and Checkout where further modifications can take place prior to submitting your order.
