References to time included here denote your local time.

As part of the process to become a Sysco customer, you need to let us know when you can receive deliveries.

If you have questions while completing the form, you can send an email to customeronboarding@sysco.com.

To access the Delivery Availability Form, click the Activate My Account link in your Sysco Shop activation email.

Then, follow the steps below to complete the Delivery Availability Form and submit your choices.

1. Review your contact information. Note: The image below is an example. The fields in your form will be pre-populated.

2. Next, select the days and times when you can receive deliveries. Indicate more days and times to guarantee we can fulfill one of your designated windows. We will strive to honor your request but can't guarantee one of the provided windows will be available.

A few points to note about the scheduling options:

  • You must select at least one day and start time. (You can select as many days you’d like. However, only one day and time will be designated for your delivery preference. We will notify you via email of your final schedule.)

  • The earliest start time available is 5 a.m.

  • The latest available end time is 5 p.m.

3. Finally, add any additional comments (e.g., details such as bring deliveries to the front, we’re on a busy street so deliveries must be dropped off at the back of the building, etc.) and click Submit Delivery Availability.

If you are unable to complete the Delivery Availability Form, you can always return later by going to the original Shop Activation email and clicking the Activate My Account link.

Once you’ve completed your delivery availability, you will be prompted to set a password to log in to Shop. After that, you'll be able to begin browsing the product catalog.

Please work with your Sysco associate for any issues with your initial delivery window assignment or if you need to make any changes moving forward.
